I just recently signed up for an online golf training course called Top Speed Golf (TSG). I love how they have broken down the entire swing into 5 main sections and for each section they have a series of videos and drills. I’ll be attempting to go through all the drills and document the progress along the way.
Today I’m working on my setup and getting a little more of a tilted spine angle. I used to be very straight in my setup (almost 90 degrees spine angle) so this exercise is to help me get a slight tilt away from the ball.
